What we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit through our forms: name, organization, email address, phone number, and the details relevant to the form you complete (such as team size, activation plans, vendor category, or partnership interest).
We do not collect payment card numbers on this website, and we do not store card data.
How we use it
Submissions are used only to review your request, follow up with you, and coordinate participation in Wheel Jam BHM.
We may email you updates related to the submission you made, and event announcements if you asked to receive them.
Who can see it
Submitted information is private. It is visible only to authorized Wheel Jam BHM organizers who are signed in to our internal dashboard.
Applicant, sponsor, vendor, and registration information is never published on this website and is never sold.
How it is stored
Submissions are stored in a secured database with access rules that block public access. Internal access requires an authenticated organizer account with an assigned role.
Your choices
You may request a copy or deletion of your submitted information at any time by emailing events@wheeljambhm.com.
Every event update email includes an unsubscribe link.
